Sometimes you say that through effort and practice one cannot attain enlightenment, and in your books I see that you teach and give many indications to practice yoga, and so I see a contradiction, could you clarify this?

God is not a result or effect of any action of yours. God is cause…sarva kāraṇa kāraṇam…the cause of all causes…
Enlightenment, God, is an occurrence…a happening…by His own causeless will…
the only thing you can do or practice, is to prepare the grounds…try to create the appropriate situation, the best situation for this to happen…the yogic situation…
The method will always be in order to create the favorable situation, never to purchase God…
