At times it seems to me the more I listen to you the more confused I feel?

In the extend to which you become in contact with me...you feel more and more worried, you feel that everything seems less clear than before...

It is not necessary for you to tell me...

I know that some who know me and read my books, or heard my words, feel that before coming in contact with me everything was more clear to them...more obvious...

Then let me tell you that this confusion manifesting in you is fantastic, marvelous, it is beautiful...

It gladdens me, makes me happy...

It is a sign that you have taken a small step beyond the intellect...

Beyond the mind...

Maybe it will seem strange to you what I am about to say...

But it is a fact that in the extent to which the human being is more intelligent and illustrated...

The more that man is cultured, the greater is the confusion he experiences...

This confusion will become so grand, so profound, that he will feel confused in regards to his own identity as well...

Confusion and doubt of our identity are born from a profound observation...

Originate from meditation...

I have said in repeated opportunities that I do not preach a faith...

I preach doubt...

The doubt of the existence of man as a completely separate entity...

And what do you think is illusion if not a tremendous security regarding your identity?...

I would say that the ego is a dogmatic belief of what you are, a body, a name, with a determined nationality...

In the darkness of illusion everything is very clear, for the stupid everything is very clear, I would say too ordered...

You are here now...

You have come to visit me...

Because something in your life is not clear...

Something is not in order...

Something you do not understand...

Go out to the street, ask anyone what is a flower, what is a drop of rain...

People will think you are not in your right mind...

It is so clear...

It is terribly obvious...

Everyone knows what is a rock or dew...

Some say to others...you know so and so fell in love?

Yes?...with who?...

With so and so...and...perhaps we know what love is?

It is so clear...so obvious...

However, if you come near Rabi Nachman of Breslav, if you come near a Master...and

Ask what is a cloud or a flower, what is to love, you will be surprised when answered that none of this is so clear...

You will discover worlds, universes, truths behind a single tear...

Together with me you will begin to doubt if in your life you have truly loved...

Confusion is a symptom of evolution...

It is one of the first signs that manifest in that who has begun to draw away from the frontiers and dominions of the intellect...of the mind...

Your clarity and order will proceed always accompanied with division...

You organize everything into night and day, good and bad, right and wrong, spiritual and material...

The order of the mind is division...for the simple reason that the mind is division...

Being division it is in the mind where all conflict is born...mind is dichotomy...

The mind refers to everything as a part, it sees everything in pieces...including it sees itself as a part...

It understands itself as something or someone completely separate...

And pay attention, I do not say the mind only divides, the mind is...in itself...division.

Along with the spiritual maturity manifests a greater confusion...

And at the same time...an unknown clarity for you...

Before you saw men as good and others bad, you saw mistaken beings and others who were right, before you saw people the way they seemed to you...

Everything was so ordered...

So clear..

Logical...

Rational...

In this new state you will see human beings, not as they seem to you...but how they are in reality and believe me that this confuses, it will seem less clear at the beginning...

This affects your way of life...

Your life is to judge and condemn...

But now what can you do...everything is not so clear...

You will see yourself with the need to accept...and that is a great change...
