Daily we come across advertisements in the different means of communication, about new workshops, courses, books, new techniques and natural methods of meditation. A word that many years back was surrounded with an enigmatic mysterious feeling, nowadays is known to all...meditation. Continuously we hear of groups of meditation for peace, to develop creativity, to relax, or against stress...

Still, what is meditation really?...for what to meditate?...

The present text will try and laminate these and much more questions regarding this subject.

lets say that meditation is to observe what is...the way it is...

I would like that we start this journey with this simple phrase regarding what meditation is...I believe despite endless explanations regarding this matter always we will arrive to this point...

To see life and existence as it seems to you...is an illusion...maya...

To see what there is...as it is...is the reality...

And I say reality and not the truth in order not to be misinterpreted to think that I speak of a theological, theoretical, or philosophical truth...

Meditation is a challenge to discover...by yourself...yourself...to meditate is to experience the reality of what you are...
