OM, BELOVED MOTHER NATURE, YOU ARE HERE ON OUR TABLE AS FOOD. YOU ARE ENDLESSLY BOUNTIFUL, BENEFACTRESS OF ALL. GRANT US HEALTH AND STRENGTH, WISDOM AND DISPASSION, AND HELP US SHARE THIS WITH ONE AND ALL.
PARVATI IS MY MOTHER; MY FATHER IS THE LORD OF ALL. ALL CREATION IS MY FAMILY, THE WHOLE UNIVERSE IS MY HOME.
I OFFER THIS UNTO OM, THAT TRUTH WHICH IS UNIVERSAL. MAY THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE BE FILLED WITH PEACE AND JOY, LOVE AND LIGHT.
Lord have the goodness of blessing us, have the goodness of blessing these gifts and remnants of your goodness that we are about to take...
Praying before taking prasadam makes us conscious of the many blessings that we enjoy in life and prepare the mind to partake of the food in a meditative atmosphere, and not only as an opportunity to satisfy the impulse of hunger.
The traditional hindu prayer for the food is to chant the following three verses of the Bhagavad Gita (4:24, 9:27 and 15:14), followed by one verse from Sannyas Gita. A more extensive from consists of chanting all the fifteenth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita.

Brahman is the offering, Brahman is the oblation
Let Bhaham be poured into the fire of Brahman
To Brahman must reach anyone who always sees
Brahman in action.
Having transformed himself to the digestive fire of all men, He inhabited the body of all living beings and the universe with prana and apana, digesting the four classes of food.
Anything you do, anything you eat, anything you offer, anything you give, all the austerities you perform, Arjuna, do it as an offering to Me.
Hari is the giver, the enjoyer
Hari is the enjoyment
Hari is in all the bodies,
Hari is the one who eats and the one who nourishes
