Kundalini yoga contains ancient practices for the awakening and rising of the divine creative energy that lies dormant in the first energetic center. As it rises, this power will penetrate every chakra until it merges with consciousness in the seventh center, the sahasrara chakra. These techniques can only be practiced under the spiritual supervision of a realized master. Sakshi Kundalini is an integral part of Sakshi Yoga, systemized by Prabhuji. The sessions are guided by his disciples, who have been trained and certified especially for this purpose
