The practice of Tratak improves concentration by fixing the gaze on a certain point without deviation, not even for a moment. Focusing the mind facilitates awareness and prepares the conditions necessary for meditation. Sakshi Tratak is an integral part of Sakshi Yoga, systemized by Prabhuji. The sessions are guided by his disciples, who have been trained and certified especially for this purpose.
