Next, we will proceed to specify the different diplomas awarded by our organization and what each one of them certifies:
1. Yoga Shiromani: Hatha Yoga Instructor, authorized to teach asanas to beginners. This diploma corresponds to the first level of the yoga Teachers Training Course.
2. Yoga Ratna: Hatha Yoga Teacher, authorized to teach asanas, relaxation and pranayama to intermediate students. This diploma corresponds to the second level of the yoga Teachers Training Course.
3. Maha Yogeshwara: Master of Hatha Yoga, authorized to teach asanas, relaxation and pranayama to advanced students. This diploma corresponds to the third level of the yoga Teachers Training Course.
4. Yogi Raj: Authorized to offer lectures and teach theoretical aspects of yoga to beginners. This diploma corresponds to the first level of the yoga Discipleship Course.
Sadhakas, or external disciples, can reach up to the title “Yogi Raj”. The more elevated levels of study are reserved only for monastic disciples, as they are required to reside within our mission.
5. Mahashaya: “Respected Person”, authorized to offer lectures and teach theoretical aspects of yoga to intermediate students. This diploma corresponds to the second level of the yoga Discipleship Course.
6. Dhyanyogi: "Meditation Instructor", authorized to guide meditation.
7. Yoga Praveena: “Expert and Learned in Yoga”, authorized to teach theoretical and practical aspects of Vimukti Yoga to advanced students. This diploma corresponds to the third level of the yoga Discipleship Course. The title of Yoga Praveena can only be awarded personally by the Sat Guru (Prabhuji), or a Yogacharya.
8. Mahabhikshu: “Great Monk,” authorized to teach all the theoretical and practical aspects of the Vimukti Yoga. This title authorizes the holder to accept siksha disciples and guide them, solely in the technical aspect. The title of “Mahabhikshu” can only be awarded personally by the Sat Guru (Prabhuji) or a Yogacharya.
9. Yogacharya: Authorized to direct and guide disciples in all the different aspects of spiritual life. The title of Yoga Acharya can only be awarded personally by the Sat Guru (Prabhuji), or a Yogacharya. This title is the only one accepted by the Vimukti Yoga Mission and Prabhuji as absolutely irrevocable.
IMPORTANT:
Vimukti Yoga Mission does not charge money for these certificates. They are not official diplomas, but spiritual titles granted as blessings from Prabhuji to impart different levels of religious and spiritual knowledge.
Except for the title of Yogacharya, the validity of the other diplomas mentioned above is automatically revoked if the one who is accredited does not maintain the spiritual, ethical, and moral principles required by the Vimukti Yoga Mission.
